An absolutely wonderful place to visit, the products for sale are so varied, although not the cheapest they are really good quality. Nice cafe to have a cuppa and a piece of cake, will call again - very good.
“Great homemade cake”

What a pleasant surprise, an unplanned stop that has found our new weekend coffee haunt. The homemade coffee cake was amazing (but huge!!!). If the staff read this I am very sorry for dropping my coffee cup!
“Still consistently good value”

Cheerful Staff and attentive service and attention to detail. Then the food - all standard fare and freshly prepared. As we were moving to our table my wife had a small coughing episode, we were hardly seated before a glass of water arrived! Simple but true consideration.
“Add fun to shopping!”

We had just left Wimborne en route to Blandford and home when we remembered the one most important thing on our shopping list, the meat ! Thus when the Farm Shop sign appeared on the left, we "took the bait". It is instances like that which leave you wondering why you had not investigated earlier. The butchers shop was a revelation, full of obviously high quality produce, from which we selected calves liver (a particular favourite) lamb cutlets and two fine fat faggots. Oh yes , and a bag of home made porky scratchings! Now here's the fun part , the entire purchasing process was accompanied by hilarious badinage from the butcher. My advice therefore is to never ask him if he has lambs kidneys , because he will tell you he prefers to use his own! Next door is a shop (cornucopia) of artisan breads, vegetables, chocs, oils, etc etc, all so very tempting and predominantly sourced in Dorset. After filling your bag, fill your tum with a light lunch or tea and stroll round the antique shop . Then as we do , leave the site feeling much more content .

This one of those places that locals find and don't tell grockles, (tourists) so sorry but with small amount of inside seating and some outside if it is full up you just go into Wimborne and find somewhere else. Meals are purchased by going to till and giving choice pay and meals come about 10 mins later, food is good simple fare hot chocolate is fab best we have found. So try and find it and you wont be sorry.
